At LE DIP, our story begins with a simple idea: to create a French dip sandwich worth remembering. While this classic sandwich has been around for a long time, we realized that here in Atlanta, very few restaurants give it the attention it deserves—and we hadn’t found one that truly wowed us.

Determined to change that, we set out to craft every element with care. From selecting high-quality beef, slow-cooking it to tender perfection, searing and slicing it ultra-thin, to making rich, savory au jus, house-made sauces, caramelized sweet onions, and perfectly melted cheese—every bite is designed to impress.

LE DIP was born from our passion for bold flavor, elevated comfort food, and our desire to bring something truly exceptional to Atlanta. Our mission is simple: to share sandwiches that are unforgettable, crafted with heart, and made for people who love great food.
